Frimley Green to set up a Development Side Next Season

Frimley Green FC are delighted to confirm that as of the 2016/2017 season we will be introducing a Reserve side which will be known as Frimley Green FC Development, with our thoughts on supporting the 1st Team set up and developing local talent to introduce into the first team picture.

The successful Candidate will work closely with the 1st Team manager to ensure all opportunities for player development are being taken.

Our thoughts immediately look to have the right people in place in good time for the season ahead.

Applicants for the role require the following:

Minimum Level 1 FA Coaching Qualification
Evidence of Developing and Nurturing local talent
A proactive mentality of finding new talent as well as the ability to help seasoned pro's
A firm believer in player and team discipline and club togetherness.
