Interested in becoming a CCFL Referee Observer?

Free Course in January

The League are looking to increase its panel of referee observers.

A “taster” workshop is planned for either 22nd and/or 29th January. Location to be confirmed once we know who is interested.

This FA Workshop will be free to attend and last for 3 hours (6.30pm until 9.30pm). It will not in itself provide the Observer accreditation but will act as a gateway into the induction process. This will involve completing an online module, shadowing an experienced observer for 2-3 matches, and submitting observations for review with feedback then given.

The key point to note is that you do not need to have been a referee at supply league level to observe - the focus is more on demonstrating the requisite skills to observe, report and feedback to officials.
