Knaphill March On

By Admin ccl

Tough tie awaits in 2nd Qualifying Round

The all-CCL tie on Saturday in the FA Cup saw Knaphill triumphing at Guildford City by three goals to one, to take their place in the 2nd Qualifying Round. Their reward is now to hand and they have been drawn away to Bath City, currently sitting in mid-table in the National League (South,) on Saturday 16 September.

With neither Banstead Athletic nor Godalming Town able to make further progress on Saturday, Knaphill are now the League’s only remaining representative and the best wishes of the CCL will go with them as they play in this round for the first time ever, having beaten Bournemouth, Laverstock and Ford, as well as Guildford City, to get to this point
