With the midweek weather conditions again causing havoc with the midweek programme, there is another full set of games scheduled for this Saturday, 24 February 2018.

In the Premier Division, the match at Godalming against potential champions Westfield will certainly be interesting with Godalming gradually moving up the table since the change of manager. Their game went ahead on Tuesday and they took full advantage with a 2-1 win at Farnham Town who have now slipped into the relegation area themselves.

It’s an all Middlesex affair at second placed Bedfont Sports who entertain North Greenford, whilst SCR, beaten 0-5 at Westfield last week, will hope to return to form at Guildford City.

The other main challengers Walton & Hersham who lost by a solitary goal at Banstead last week face a tough sounding match away to Balham at Colliers Wood United.

In Division One, the “stand-out” game sees Eversley & California welcoming Staines Lammas. Eversley’s faultering challenge makes it a “six pointer” for them.

Cobham face AC London in a game difficult to predict whilst bottom club Cove, also under new management, have the hardest possible task on paper travelling to runaway leaders Worcester Park.

Finally, a reminder please to all Premier Division clubs. There have been a number of reported occurrences where home clubs are not using their tannoy systems. At this level we expect clubs to be doing so and referees have been asked to report when this does not happen. You have been warned!
