Promotion from Step 7 to Step 6

By Admin ccl

56 clubs have applied, including 5 from the Middlesex County League and 2 from the Surrey Elite League

The Football Association has released a list of those clubs currently at Step 7 who have applied for promotion to Step 6 next season. Of the 56 applications, there are 5 from the Middlesex County League and 2 from the Surrey Elite League, as follows:

The five from the Middlesex League are:

British Airways FC (in ground share with Ashford Town)

Cricklewood Wanderers (in ground share with Wembley)

LPOSSA FC (in ground share with AFC Hayes)

Tooting & Mitcham Wanderers FC (in ground share with Whyteleafe FC)

West Essex FC (in ground share with Barking FC)

The two from the Surrey Elite League are:

Balham FC (in ground share with Cobham FC)

Virginia Water (own ground)

It looks unlikely that any of the applicants from other leagues would be geographically suited to the CCL.
