Badshot Lea ready to go

Following a second inspection by League President David Havenhand earlier today, the League is now satisfied that Badshot Lea's new ground meets the requirements for a Grade F to be awarded and a request will now be sent to the FA Technical Panel for this to be done.

The new ground, the full address of which is Westfield Lane, Wrecclesham, GU10 4PF, has been a long time coming but huge credit and congratulations go to Badshot Lea officials who have worked tirelessly under Chairman Mark Broad to bring this about.

The club has its very first match on the new surface this Saturday, 6 July, when they take on neighbours Aldershot Town, kick-off 3.00 p.m. There is a sizeable car park at the ground but a large crowd is expected and you are advised to get there early.
