ALL CHANGE AT NORTH GREENFORD

CLUB STATEMENT

Over the weekend the club were in the position to finalise the appointment of a new management team and we am delighted to announce that we have been able to secure the services of Danny Vincent and Colin Murphy.

Both Danny and Colin have had distinguished playing careers, Danny playing in the old Southern League for Carshalton, Kingstonians and Southall, and Colin for Arsenal and Brighton. Danny began his managerial career with Old Actonians in the Southern Amateur League and one of Colin’s earliest roles was with Mick Harvey here at North Greenford.

From that point they went on to form an effective management team – Danny as manager and Colin as coach – working with a number of local non-league clubs including Hanwell and AFC Hayes, clubs at which Danny served as both Assistant Manager and Manager, and Beaconsfield SYCOB. Last season they managed and coached New Hanford in the Middlesex County Football League Premier Division.

We wish Danny and Colin every success in their new roles but, at the same time wish to reiterate our gratitude to Ricky Pither and Mark Chandler, and their coaches Chris Mills and Alfie Patterson. We appreciate and are extremely grateful for the time and effort they have all put in since taking over this time last year.

We once again thank them for the contribution they have made to the club, and wish them every success in the future.
