Without a win in nine games albeit only a month ago.
Our last away game of the season took us to Badshot Lea and arguably the best ground in the division at Farnborough Town.
And so the final day of the season came and went and fittingly saw our first hat trick of the season and biggest win.

The run of games against title hopefuls continued at Chalky Lane on Saturday when we entertained Chertsey Town.

Our third game in six days took us to an in form Bookham side who despite languishing at the wrong end of the table had won three in a row.
Tuesday night we welcomed back to Chalky Lane ex manager Paul Norris for the visit of Banstead Athletic.
Our busy week finished at Hanworth Villa ending in a disappointing two-goal defeat and with possibly the poorest performance of the season.
The Reserves played their part in a good game against South Park which ended 0-0, which was a fair result.
With the club Struggling to put out two teams, a call went out to the old boys, who came up trumps with a magnificent win away from home.
The Reserves fielded a strong team consisting of five from the 1st team, but never deserved anything from the game.
The 2XI were dissappointed to come away from the game against Bookham with nothing. After leading defensive errors cost them points.
A slow start by the reserves gave way to constant pressure, leaving Farnham shellshocked by the end of the game, ang hanging on for a draw.
Wars travelled to Mole Valley without a recognised Keeper and against the odds pulled off a fantastic victory
