Immediate Fixture Changes

One Additional Match

Approval has been given to Chessington & Hook United and their tenants Epsom Athletic to bring their Christmas derby forward and they will now play each other this Wednesday, at Chalky Lane, kick-off 7.45 p.m.

It was good to see that, despite the heavy rain that fell on both Friday and Saturday last week, causing multiple postponements, the matches at Chalky Land and, indeed at Redhill, survived the weather. It is still early days, obviously, but it is looking at the moment as if the hard work put in by both Chessington and Redhill over the summer months and beyond is paying dividends.

One other change for this coming weekend is that the match between Bedfont & Feltham and Walton & Hersham has been scheduled to kick off at 2.00 p.m. This is because one of the floodlight pylons at B & F is causing problems, which are due to be rectified on Friday but Club Chairman Brian Barry sensibly doesn't want to take any chances.

If the lights are fully back in action after the work due on Friday, the time of kick-off will revert to 3.00 p.m.
