Midweek activity last week started on Monday evening at Carshalton Athletic as Worcester Park attempted to secure a place in the Surrey Premier Cup Final against Nottsborough. Regretfully though this was not to be, as Nottsborough on the night ran out 2-1 winners and will now face Frimley Green on April 6th at Imber Court as they edged out Dorking Wanderers Reserves 1-0.

The two Southern Combination Cup Quarter Final ties saw visitors Chessington & Hook winning at Badshot Lea thanks to a solitary first half goal courtesy of Matt Ellis. The other tie at Westfield needed extra time to sort out a winner which came via Dan Bransbury for Dorking.

League Wise Five Premier Division games saw Camberley Town winning 3-1 at home to Knaphill.

Epsom & Ewell in a match that only came alive late on, went ahead through Tom Neale, only for hosts Farnham Town to draw level three minutes from time. Epsom had the last word though with Bentley Graham securing all three points for the visitors in the 90th minute.

Chertsey Town secured a narrow 1-0 victory at Bedfont Sports, whilst at Redhill in a bottom two clash it was the hosts who wrapped up a comfortable 3-0 victory against Cove, thanks to a couple Sam Marks goals in addition to a Kery Kedze effort.

Finally Premier Division wise Tuesday evening hosts Hanworth Villa and visitors Horley Town played out a 0-0 draw.

Division One saw just the one league fixture, resulting in a 2-0 home win for hosts Bedfont & Feltham against Ash United thanks to a couple Scott Sanders goals.

Wednesday Night saw just two games one from each division. Guildford City welcomed Premier Division leaders Hartley Wintney. Jack Battle gave Guildford City the lead only for goal machine Sam Argent who recently clocked up his 100th goal for the 'Row', to hit four goals to on the night. Tardae Hemmings though did pull one back for the hosts only then for Shane Hollamby to
have the final say when he made it 5-2 to secure a six point advantage come end of play.

Good to see play finally possible at Chalky Lane where hosts Epsom Athletic entertained Banstead Athletic, but there were no goals forthcoming from either side.

Finally, on Good Friday, third placed Epsom & Ewell welcomed Westfield and it was the visitors under new management who took the points with a 2-0 victory. Epsom though had more than double their usual attendance, which made the experiment of playing on the Friday a success.
