From Surrey County FA

The 2016/17 Senior Cup First Round draw will be made LIVE on BBC Radio Surrey this Friday (5th August) on the Breakfast Show with James Cannon at 7:45am.

The draw will be made by special guests including Surrey FA Ambassador and Sky Sports commentator Martin Tyler.

Whether you're a fan, player or coach, the first draw of the season promises to throw up some intriguing fixtures. The Surrey FA will be following and reporting the results from each round along the way, and with Clubs from across Surrey continuing to recruit new players over the summer, this season will undoubtedly be as competitive as ever.

Last year’s Senior Cup Final saw Merstham FC defeat Godalming Town FC and with 34 teams in the mix this season, make sure you tune in to see which Club you'll be kicking off your Cup campaign against in Surrey's most prestigious senior football competition which dates back over 135 years.

Ball numbers for the First Round draw are as follows:

1 Abbey Rangers OR AFC Croydon Athletic
2 Ashford Town (Middx)
3 Badshot Lea
4 Camberley Town
5 Carshalton Athletic
6 Chertsey Town
7 Chipstead
8 Colliers Wood United
9 Corinthian-Casuals
10 Croydon
11 Dorking Wanderers
12 Egham Town

27 Sutton United
28 Tooting & Mitcham United
29 Walton & Hersham

32 Woking

The fact that there two "either/or" situations suggest that two of our clubs, namely Abbey Rangers and Westfield, will have to overcome a Preliminary Round match, if they are to make it into the 1st Round.

The draw will be shown here once it has been made.
