Manager Resigns

Following his club’s indifferent showing in their Premier Challenge Cup match last Tuesday against Division One side Redhill, Bedfont & Feltham manager John Cook has resigned.

The Club has issued the following ststement:

“Yellows 1st XI manager John Cook has resigned from his position at the Club. This was prior to Saturday’s win in the Buildbase FA Vase and was due to the Club's current league position and form.

We are very grateful for what John and his team did by way of rescuing the team in February and securing promotion to the Premier Division. For some reason, the Club has started poorly this season and realistically we cannot afford to be in such a position.

Chairman Brian Barry will announce his next steps in the near future. He joins the rest of the management committee in thanking John and wishing him well in his future endeavours.”
