League's hopes rest with Colliers Wood United

The League’s best wishes go to our sole survivors Colliers Wood United this afternoon as they make the fairly short trip to ex-CCL club Merstham in the 2nd Qualifying Round of the FA Cup.

Merstham are one of only three ex-CCL clubs to make it to Step 3 over the years and currently sit in 20th place in the Ryman Premier Division table with just a solitary league win this campaign so far.

To get to this stage, Colliers Wood have already beaten AFC Croydon Athletic, 5-2, Banstead Athletic, 3-0 ater a 3-3 draw and then 2-0 at home to Eastbourne Town
