OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Hampshire FA is seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator with a focus on membership and finance to assist in the day to day running of the County Office based in Basingstoke.

This position reports direct to the Operations Manager and will also provide quarterly updates to the Chief Executive.

The successful candidate will be diligent, approachable, and focused on customer service.

The job profile for this role includes:

• To lead and manage the renewal process for the sanction, affiliation and registration of Leagues, Competitions and Clubs.
• To administer membership related activities including matches against foreign opposition, charity matches, FA contract players and shirt advertising.
• To manage receipting, banking, invoicing, cheque requisition and stationery ordering using SAGE accounting software and CAS (County FA Administration System)
• To provide support to the Disciplinary Department processing misconduct and the Operations Team as and when required
• To provide support to the Finance Director as and when appropriate

To apply you need to have previous experience in an administrative role, have excellent customer service skills and ideally some knowledge of football at a local level. A background in finance and knowledge of Microsoft CRM would also be desirable. You must be able to work in a busy team environment but also be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and lead projects. Candidates should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
