Windsor F.C. requires an experienced Club Secretary and or enthusiastic beginner with general Administration experience.

This is an exciting time in the Club's short history with development off the pitch increasing in pace over the coming months.

Experience will include being able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the following areas:

1) All football administration and compliance with all football governing body rules and regulations;

2) Management / facilitation and coordination of player transfer activity (Senior) in accordance with all football governing body rules and in relation to Club financial parameters and good practice;

3) All arrangements relating to match day requirements under the remit of the Club Secretary;

4) The various ad-hoc activities of a busy football club office.

The candidate is likely to be an existing Club Secretary (any level) or an experienced Administrator with a keen interest in Football. Reporting and communication will include Club Founding Director, Team Manager, Groundstaff and other staff members. Key skills of the job include; excellent administration skills with modern communication experience and familiar with Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure at times, first class organisational skills and have a good working relationship and rapport with fellow colleagues and display strong communication skills, internally and externally. A sense of humour and initiative a must!!
